So it’s not just a site map after all. I always understood the need for a fancy drawing that graphically indicated where everything goes. I could never figure out how all the STUFF got in the right place however, especially when dealing with a large, complicated site with a company that offers services or products that are difficult for a mere mortal to comprehend. Well today I can say I finally get it! First you ask the question “What do our users want to know about this business or organization?” Collect all the questions and place them in meaningful groups that would correspond to the subject of their question.
